Quote
We aimed to make the visiting experience more relaxed and friendly, so after working alongside a team from the hospital, focus groups were held with teenagers and younger children to ascertain their views and ideas.
This resulted in a seaside theme using uplifting pastel colours and the colour choices available from Polyflor provided a perfect complement to the contemporary theme used throughout the whole scheme.

FAQs...
- Where do we start?
Have you an image/diagram available of your requirements? Just send us an image, the size required and the product preferred and we can calculate a quotation. From there if you would like to go ahead, we will send you a drawing for you/your customer’s approval.
- What kind of image file can I send?
We can handle most image file formats, (JPG, PNG, TIF, EPS, DWG, DXF, AI, etc)
- How long does it take?
From receipt of order, there is usually a 3-to-4-week lead time. It can be longer if the design is particularly large or complicated, but we will inform you in advance if this is the case.
- Will I have to assemble the finished design myself?
For self-contained designs, all the parts will be assembled by Polyflor and held in place with tape which can be removed once the design is finished by a professional flooring installer. For larger designs, these may be supplied in sections and will need to be assembled on-site. We provide installation on drawings with large designs. Tile patterns are supplied loose to be fitted on-site.
- What is the smallest single piece you can cut?
We try to keep parts no smaller than the thickness of the material we are cutting, but small pieces are possible down to 1-2 mm.
- Are there any products that are not suitable for cutting?
We do not recommend cutting designs from the following products, Secura PUR, Designatex PUR, Architex PUR, Polysafe Quicklay PUR, Camaro Loc PUR, Camaro Rigid Core PUR, Expona EnCore Rigid Loc PUR, Expona Simplay PUR, Expona Control, Silentflor PUR, Acousx Forest FX PUR, Polysafe Wood FX PUR, Polysafe Stone FX PUR, Polysafe Wood FX Acousx PUR, Sport 67, Polyflex Plus PU.
Note: There are use cases where some of these products can be cut, so please contact the Polyflor design service to discuss your project.
